It depends on the problem with your xbox. If they can fix it, they will and they will send it back to you in a couple of weeks. Usually they will send you a new one though. Even if they send you a new one it will take a couple weeks for you to get it.
It usually takes about 3-4 weeks, you'll more than likely get a new one.
It usually takes from 7 - 21 days to get your system back from the time that you sent it. Most people I have seen get a refurbished system. That is why you hear of so many people having to send in multiple systems on different occasions.
